The staff here routinely receive applause from the guests. Sky's staff are reportedly extremely professional and highly thoughtful. Honesty is also apparently an abundant trait among the workforce at this hotel. One guest specifically recounted leaving behind an item in his hotel room, only to have it immediately given back upon his return to reception. It seems you can count on the staff here.

Most guests are pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel, saying that it's clean throughout. Both the guest rooms, guest bathrooms, and all public areas seem to be properly taken care of and maintained.
