Hotel staff are professional and courteous. There's always a smile and staff are pretty much attentive to your needs. The property manager is a hands-on type individual and keeps a good eye on the comings and goings of the facility.

The hotel location is great. Of course, this depends upon why you selected the facility in the first place. The beach is pristine and ideal for swimming even towards the end of the year in the colder months. If you are a couple you will find this place attractive and honeymooners will as well. You will have plenty of privacy, relaxation, and hopefully a room with a sea view.

You will get a kick out of the great buffet and the various tastes and flavours available. There is a fresh variety of dishes daily, so you never get bored with your food choices. The hotel features a few a la carte restaurants that includes an Italian restaurant.

You may find that the water is discoloured, the Wi-Fi is slow, the elevators need maintenance, and the towels are not the cleanest. They are off-coloured and appear not to be washed properly. Don't depend on the complimentary driver and shuttle, it seems they have a habit of not being available.

There are basically no activities provided, so you will have to keep yourself busy.

Be prepared when getting dressed for dinner as the dress code is formal, and they won't let you in if you're not dressed appropriately. You may find the gym a bit small and restrictions for swimming and cycling. The tube style TV is in the room, not the flat screen variety.
