    For the price paid and the overall stay, most guests were content with having a clean and comfortable room to sleep in. Their rooms were found to be clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in.

    The hotel is located in an ideal location for guests who want to explore Bologna. It is close to the airport and within walking distance of the Ducati Museum. It is also close to a train stop that is a short trip to the centre of Bologna. It was nice to have these options available.

    Poor Air-conditioning

    The A/C was not up to par for some guests who felt the heat. Some did not work well or at all, the cold air could not b felt and it was just an all-around old air-conditioning.

    The walls did not block the noise coming from their next door neighbours. Some of the neighbours near them were making noise through talking or watching TV, and it was enough to bother them the whole time. It would be nice to have had soundproofed walls.

    The guests did not enjoy the lack of variety and low quality of the food available. Many did not enjoy breakfast and would have preferred a more varied and delicious options. To not have a good breakfast was very disappointing for guests.
