Jensen Beach Inn boasts a wonderful location, according to most guest reviews. The hotel is within a short walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, and only a short drive away from the beach. Golfers were delighted to be close to several courses. Conveniently, the hotel is also within an hour drive of the Palm Beach International Airport.

Pineapple Jack’s Bistro is a new addition to Jensen Beach Inn. Visitors say the restaurant serves excellent dishes and features a varied menu. You can be sure to find something to suit your palate. Guests also really enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast and say it’s worth waking up for.

Much of the hotel has been recently renovated and many guests complimented its fresh and pleasant appearance. Guests also appreciated the quality customer service at the hotel. The staff puts in an effort to make you feel welcome and as if at home.

The hotel is located near the train tracks and many guests say they can be a nuisance. The train horn sounds on a regular basis and can be quite annoying. As a precaution, many guests recommend bringing earplugs along, as a quiet room can’t be guaranteed.

Many guests complained about the rooms lacking necessary amenities, with the coffee maker or tea making facilities being missed the most. In addition, guests though the hotel itself did not provide the necessary services or facilities that are expected of a four-star property.

There is parking onsite, but guests say the number of spaces is limited. While there is overflow street-parking available but if it’s busy, a spot cannot be guaranteed.
