positive:
Good Rooms Well Supplied.
Rooms are of a good size and presented in a spotlessly clean state, and there is a generous supply of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The shower is powerful, however a bit too much for the draining system. Guests enjoyed their room which felt private, yet had a door on to the paddock, and the dog was made welcome too! Guests enjoy being able to walk straight out of the hotel gardens onto the banks of Oulton Broad, with an easy walk that leads you into the town.
positive:
Great Staff.
Staff are helpful and were found to be responsive when a guest reported a broken light; when another couple found the bed too hard the staff resolved the problem by putting in place a pair of extra duvets. The choice at breakfast is extensive and one guest was immensely impressed that the breakfast waitress remembered that they like Marmite, after a gap of three years!
