IMAGO PLUS is a four stars hotel located in the hearth of Bari; its purpose is to offer a newer and fresher image of hospitality made out of sustainability. IMAGO PLUS has born back in September of the 2017 in an ancient and residential building located in Via Altamura. A 24/7 reception it’s one of the services that the IMAGO PLUS has to offer, 11 comfortable rooms between suites and junior suites, a little bistrot on the ground floor with photography’s exhibition and a private parking area. This place has been created not only to give a quiet space to the travelers but also to provide a safe environment for people and their ideas on the move. The contemporary designs and the visual arts became a crucial activity of the IMAGO PLUS, specifically the furniture are handmade by the inmates of the Bollate’s penitentiary in Milano whom worked at a project called Bolle-Bollate, managed by Italian architects, designers and artists. The lights and lamps had been meticulously chosen from an iconic collection signed from the most famous artists and architects; IMAGO PLUS has masterpieces of Le Corbusier e Charlotte Perriand, Michele De Lucchi, Jean Nouvel within its walls. The bistrot on the ground floor has a library where the guests can consult the books about visual arts, contemporary architecture and design freely. Moreover the bistrot hosts interesting events such as exhibitions, books presentation and meet&great with national and international authors. The bistrot is open to anyone who would like to have an Italian breakfast made with an accurate selection of local’s products or for who wants to have a sip of our natural, biodynamic wines.
