Hyannis Plaza Hotel (Hyannis, USA)

Guests reported that they loved the location of the hotel which is surrounded by amazingly beautiful Hyannis Beaches and they could relax here in peace away from the hustle and bustle of the cities.

Some of the guests commented on the massive Jacuzzi tubs in the bathroom of upgraded suites.

Few guests reported that the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Guests frequently mentioned about the rooms to be filthy, worn and smelly with old damaged furniture and stained walls. The carpets were dirty, ceiling tiles were falling apart and the mattresses were old, messy and uncomfortable with cheap linens over them. Some guests even complained of having bed bugs and black mold growing inside the room. Moreover, the bathrooms were cramped/dirty and had a terrible smell overall.

Lot of guests reported that the hotel charged extra fee at the time of check-out based on what the staff found in the room (e.g. cigarette buds) after the guests vacated the hotel. Furthermore, extra money was charged that even the guests were aware of as what the receipt stated did not match to what they were actually charged. Some guests also reported about the thefts that took place in the hotel rooms as the gifts and valuable things they had left in the rooms while going for dinner/shopping were stolen.

Guests frequently commented on the staff to be rude and unprofessional. Moreover, the hotel had an awful service and front desk staff was not at all accommodating.
