The indoor pool is housed inside an glass atrium. Guests comment on the pool area having a resort-like feeling. It is open a wide range of hours but can be crowded at times. The gym is also very well equipped and given many compliments.

Guests enjoyed the speed of but had mixed feelings about the modern elevator system. The elevators takes you straight to the floor(s) you selected without added stops. However, some guests found this system to be a bit confusing because it isn't made clear that you should make the selection for your floor before you enter the elevator.

The breakfast buffet has a large selection of quality foods. Guests thought it tastes delicious. The omelet bar, especially, is a favorite.

Guests complained about the paid Wi-Fi because the connection was very poor and slow. Insufficient bandwidth makes it hard to browse the Internet or watch videos, and the connection often resets. Wi-Fi is complimentary only the public areas.

While some guests enjoyed the balcony rooms overlooking the pool, others had several complaints about it. First, since the pool hours are quite long, the noise from the pool area can be a nuisance to some. Second, some guests were bothered by the heavy chlorine smell.

Having paid for a premium concierge level room, some guests dd not like that the lounge is closed off from Friday noon throughout the weekend. No drinks or snacks are served durian that time.
