In the magnificent historical residence of Villa Pandolfini on 2 levels is this extremely large and beautiful apartment. The beautiful frescoed loggia with your own table, chairs and furnishings is the perfect spot to dine, or sip on coffee, or better still a glass of the estates Chianti wine, whilst admiring the serenity of the Italian gardens of the villa and basking in the sunshine. The private entrance from the front of the villa opens the doors to a large and characteristic living & dining room with arches. Off this room is a spacious kitchen with fireplace, marble worktops and a large dining table. Fully equipped for your dining pleasure. There is a marble bathroom with shower on this level and a extra single bedroom that was the maids quarters with it’s bathroom and shower , this single room is suitable for a teenager. The old stone staircase leads to the main formal bedrooms. The main bedroom is a king size bed, the room with it’s stunning 14meter high frescoed ceilings and silk curtains is very cool in the summer. The second bedroom has a loft gallery style to allow for 2 double beds one on the uppder level above and one below on the garden level , double doors open onto the loggia and back garden. There is a small marble toilet and washbasin bathroom between the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub and shower on the stairs of upper level before accessing the loft bedroom. Cooking classes at the culinary school on the estate for those who wish an incredible cultural experience. Most say “the best day we had on our trip“!
