    ...back to 1962: the first guest is visiting Villa Grazia. Since then we have been keeping our house in the best shape. But it had always been a small chalet, where guests can relax in a great and personal atmosphere between spring and October. Our house is located in the quiet and sunny center of Limone with great lakeview. The big beach of Gardasee is reachable within minutes over a small 150m path. The lovely center of our city and the famous promenade is 400m to walk. It is also perfect for children, because you don't have to cross a street on the way to the center or the beach. The startup in our Hotel is a great breakfast buffet on our big terrace or in our cafeteria. In the evening you can enjoy a meal in the restaurants and pizzerias in the city. The property has a safe parking space and a garage for motorcycles and mountain bikes. Our guests are recommending us as a cheap but wonderful hotel.
