The Villa is situated in an ideal location for anyone wanting a peaceful and quiet environment, near the beautiful beaches of Salento. Furthermore a few hundred metres away is the University City and the private clinic" Citta' di Lecce". The Villa is just a short drive from Lecce railway station and approximately 30 km to Brindisi airport. It is 11km from the Adriatic coast and 23 km away from Ionian coast. The Villa has one Studio flat "Orto" with a double bed and an apartment "Fenice" with one bedroom and a living room with sofa bed so the apartment can host up to four people and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. Also available to guests: parking space inside the park, an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue, washing machine and dryer, Ironing board and iron. Small pets are welcome.
