Accessing the property is a bit off-putting for many guests. The narrow alleyways are poorly maintained and dangerous - cars can barely squeeze through. They don't feel very safe to a lot of guests.
Mosquitos are a big issue here - taking the gloss of many guests' stay. Despite the best efforts of the staff, the repellents used to combat the problem are strong-smelling and on the whole pretty ineffective.
