The villa has thirty-one bedrooms, including single, double and triple rooms carefully furnished, available with every comfort, in order to ensure a pleasant stay for customers who choose Naples as a tourist destination. The direction is entrusted to the Congregation of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart assisted by lay personnel. Inside, the structure has a chapel for worship where the Holy Mass is celebrated every Sunday, with the residents of the area also taking part.
