Negative Reviews
negative:
Thin walls
Some guests felt that the old building that houses Victoria's Mansion has rather thin walls so that the sounds carry. Other guests moving about, the banging of doors and so on can be heard and some guests were disturbed by it.

Some other issues
A few guests had problem with the TV, saying it was outdated and problematic. A few guests thought that the heating was too much in their room and had to open the window even when it was freezing outside, so temperature control is an issue.
negative:
Small rooms and few other problems
Several guests thought that the rooms and bathrooms were rather too small. Some also felt that the interiors were rather dark and inadequately lit. The reception area is inadequate and the Check-in process is rather clumsy thought several guests.
