Worthy of four stars?

It could use some upkeep
Guests could not help but notice that the hotel is becoming a bit tired in certain areas. Many noticed cracks in the walls, worn furniture, worn bathrobes, frayed carpets, and peeling paint, among other issues.

You may need a map
Quite a few guests complained that the layout of the hotel was confusing, and that they experienced extreme difficulty finding their room. Some said they had to take multiple elevators and flights of stairs to get to their room, or that their room was actually located on a different floor than was indicated by the room number.
