Guests say that the TS Suites in Kuta, Bali, is in an ideal location. The beach is a short stroll from the hotel. The Legian Street is close by with lots of shops and the hotel is not too long a cab ride to Seminyak Square.

Many guests say that the staff at the hotel is amazing and everyone is very friendly. They like the extensive breakfast served either at the pool area or in the spacious breakfast room in level three of the hotel. Guests make a special mention of the smoothies served.

Guests appreciate the cleanliness and beautiful facilities of the hotel. They like the 24-hour rooftop pool and bar. They say that the rooms are fantastic and well maintained. The entertainment with aerobics and Pictionary activities featured are enjoyed by the guests.

Some guests say that the pool area lacks shade. It is also not well maintained as they find the water murky. The poolside bar served food and drinks that guests say is average and not of the required standards.

Many guests say that the disturbing loud chatter and noise both from the corridors and the nightclub are heard in the rooms. Some guests say that they do not find a lot of places to unwind in the hotel and have to seek other places outside the hotel to chill.

The beds are not the best bet as guests say that they are hard as concrete. The pillows are an added woe as they are a cheap quality and the huge kind that give a stiff neck. For some guests this aspect alone stopped them from giving the hotel a five star rating.
