This inn is a good choice for people and families travelling on a budget according to previous guests. The rate is a cheap and can provide a place to sleep and privacy for a night amidst the expensive accommodations in Niagara area.

Guests expressed that location is the best thing about this property. It is perfectly situated close to the iconic falls and attractions like park, restaurants, and hiking trails. Thus, guests never had a problem travelling around the area due to the central location of the property.

Most guests commended the owner of this property for being friendly and attentive. He was very much willing to help guests in any way including room upgrades. Moreover, he was considerate enough to give full refund to those guests who would like to cancel their booking at the last minute.

Guests were terribly disgusted with the condition of the rooms because it looked as if it had not been cleaned ever because there were dust and dirt everywhere. Aside from that, the television was not working, electric sockets did not look safe, and carpets were already torn.

The poor quality of the sleeping facilities was one of the topics of negative reviews given by guests. The mattresses were as hard as a rock and the pillows were flat. Furthermore, bed sheets and pillowcases were stained and obviously had been slept in.

Guests were also disgusted when they discovered that many insects were present here. There were cobwebs and ants all over the room. They were also infested by mosquitoes, and what was worse, guests complained waking up with bed bugs bites.
