Location is what counts: Villa Sunrise Palais is on a slope overlooking the ocean at Boracays eastern 2,1 KM long watersports bay from ALL 7 Apartments and gets a nearly consistent sea breeze keeping you cool. If not: Jump into the ocean view Pool! Relax in individual Apartments built by European standards, 5 of them integrated in our residential Villa, 2 in the separated Duplex building, all with German management. Each Apartment has a kitchen and its own gangway so nobody is disturbed by others. Sit on your Apartments terrace and enjoy the sea breeze and the ocean view. This is the perfect place in a beautiful tropical surrounding. We moved here from the densely built-up, overcrowded white beach area, it became unbearable there already 10 years ago. For your and our safety: We don´t count on a guard who of course will also fall asleep sooner or later but on an always locked gate and an at least 2,40 m high glass topped and barbed wired enclosing wall with electric wire to continue to be burglar-free. We want to be able to feel safe and sleep with open doors so the breeze can go right through instead of sweating in an enclosed box. That is the location difference.....
