Staff are polite, efficient and helpful. If they're informed about a guest being dissatisfied, they do take action and attempt to rectify the problem. For the most part, they're doing their best with what they've got.

This location is very convenient if you have business or visits taking place at MD Anderson Hospital. Enjoy your free breakfast to start you on your way. (There aren't many alternate dining venues nearby, so eat heartily!).

A simple spot for sleeping and bathing is adequate for some guests. Large televisions and refrigerators enhance the space.

Thin walls and windows. You'll hear every sound from guests next door and outside noise.

Pay close attention to your receipts and credit card bills - some have been charged up to double the expected rates for their stay here! Guests who've utilized booking sites have complained their rooms were not saved to the system - upon their arrival to the hotel, they had no room reserved whatsoever.

Some reported their in-room Wi-Fi, telephones and television's cable did not work. Others stated they saw and/or were bitten by bed bugs. Beds were uncomfortable, bedding was stained and the complimentary toiletries were of extremely poor quality. Curtains don't close properly, lighting is insufficient and oddly placed, and everything smells strange. Carpeting is perpetually damp, jacuzzi tubs have residue/hair from guests prior, bathrooms are moldy and toilet areas are dirty and minuscule. Sheets are filthy, doors won't lock properly, half-eaten meals and half-full pop bottles are left inside the refrigerators, and various types of insects (and sometimes even lizards!) can be found throughout premises. Rooms are too dark even with the lights all turned on.
