Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Relax! The rooms are fine; well furnished and clean and the beds are comfortable. Some have river views; something that serves as an attractive bonus. Cleaning staff, as well as everyone else, are very friendly, welcoming and efficient.
positive:
Breakfast is appetizing.
There's plenty of choice of both hot and cold dishes and selections are well prepared and presented. Breakfast is 'complimentary', but if you fancy a change, there are some breakfast restaurant alternatives nearby.
positive:
Super location.
You are within walking distance of attractions and numerous restaurants, plus, if driving, the hotel is easy to find from the I-65 and I-64. Add to this, the fact that there's a convenience store across the street .. and there's no chance of you starving.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A parking nightmare.
Parking spaces are few and far between; very difficult to find and a tight fit if you do find one. Any rejoicing at finding a space is very short-lived and cut short when you check-in and are clobbered with a hefty charge! Parking isn't free; neither is it directly linked to the hotel. The space is shared with another hotel, so make sure you check in at the right one!
negative:
A little pool of dissatisfaction.
The pool is very small for the number of guests who may want to use it and there's only a limited stock of the advertised free towels-which, quite often, reduces to nil.
negative:
Prepare to meet everyone at breakfast.
The hot dishes at breakfast tend to be on the cold side by the time they are served and the dining area is too small and gets over crowded. Not the best way to start the day.
