Hotel Springhill Suites by Marriott Pueblo Downtown (Pueblo, USA)

Most guests agreed the staff members were very courteous and friendly to them. They would ask small but important questions of their day and if they needed anything. They also suggested good places to see in town and to eat out.

Many guests thought the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The furnishings were modern and relatively new with a healthy aspect, while the facilities worked well. The housekeeping did a good job of cleaning daily and guests felt comfortable staying there.

Many guests were happy to have a complimentary breakfast buffet of bacon, eggs, waffles and potatoes available for them to enjoy in the morning. It went beyond the usual continental, cold breakfast many are used to have in hotels. It was a good hot breakfast to enjoy.

There were guests who felt the hotel needed to improve on some maintenance issues. There was trash that was not picked up in the hallway, lights that did not work and caulking in the bathrooms would be nice. These and other lack of attention to details need to be improved.

This hotel seems to be catered to business travelers as guests noticed there were many business people. They would stay extra hours in the bar area and were drunk, with some ending up on the floor passed out.

There were guests who felt the rooms were noisy for them to concentrate and get a good night’s rest. They felt the air-conditioning was loud and that the hallway noise from other guests was not diminished by the closed door and walls.
