Negative Reviews
negative:
Choose rooms carefully.
It is important to know exactly which rooms are available at the time of booking as some rooms are small and only suitable for single occupancy. Small rooms are better suited to travellers who do not spend a great deal of time in their room and are travelling with a very limited amount of luggage.
negative:
Some issues with hot water.
Perhaps it’s the age of the taps or plumbing but a common complaint has to do with the time it takes for the water to get hot enough to enjoy a bath or a shower. This not only wastes a great deal of water but is also inconvenient and unpleasant, particularly in winter.
negative:
Dated and faulty gym equipment.
The hotel offers the use of a fully-equipped gym, complete with steam room but much of the equipment is very old and in many cases not working properly at all.
