Positive Reviews
positive:
Clean, modern rooms...
Though the exterior of the hotel betrays the property's age a bit, recent guests report that the interior has been renovated. The guest rooms are widely described as clean and comfortable, with good water pressure in the showers and plenty of pillows on the beds. The mini fridges are a much appreciated creature comfort, too.
positive:

The front desk have received many positive reviews for their friendly, professional services and thoughtful responses to any inquiries. The restaurant staff have also earned high marks for their cheerful and attentive service.
positive:
Not too far from Beantown...
Drivers undaunted by Boston's notorious traffic find the location quite convenient, just off I-95 and very close to the I95/I93 interchange, making for a straightforward commute into the city or to Logan airport. It's also a short drive to the Winchester T-stop, where guests can take the Lowell line into North Station. The Woburn Mall and a number of restaurants are within an easy walk, and kids of all ages love that a new Dave and Busters location is just across the street.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Average eats at the on site restaurant...
Though many guests find the bar and lounge area inviting, the food at the Bistro fares a little less well: guests generally agree that the menu is limited, slightly overpriced, and ranges from "average" to "good" in quality.
negative:
Please speak softly...
Light sleepers have noted poor sound insulation between rooms. Traffic noise, aging air conditioning units, and inconsiderately loud guests using the pool and patio areas late into the evening have also been reported issues.
negative:
Nobody's perfect...
Indifferent customer service at the front desk and housekeeping oversights have been reported by dissatisfied guests, though they seem to be in the minority.
