Even Miami Beach Convention centre is a few minutes away where several conferences and meetings are held as well as various public events and tradeshows.

There is a wireless internet connection in each apartment so guests can keep up with work or simply stay updated, at no extra cost.

For bigger groups than two people, two more children or adults can be accommodated if using existing beds, however it is not possible to add extra beds to a room, nor are any cots or cribs available.

This facility does not have a full time reception and checking in and out is conducted at a given address. People who prefer to have staff on hand at any time of the day will have to settle on using the phone number provided to reach them most of the time.

For those using their own private car, all parking options incur an extra cost. There is a meter down the street and a nearby parking lot. Both off-site options charge a relatively high amount per hour and per twenty-four hours respectively.
