You will find the staff members here to be very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to offer great suggestions for exploring the city and helping out wherever possible.
positive:
Fresh, tasty, plentiful breakfasts.
Guests found the breakfasts to be fresh, tasty and ample enough for their needs, with the fruit and pancakes particularly enjoyed, and the atmosphere in the lobby bar area where it was served was also thought to be nice.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No air conditioning can mean hot.
Guests say the lack of air conditioning means the rooms can sometimes get too hot and stuffy in very hot weather, unless you open the windows, which then exposes you to street noise from trams. Fans, at least, were provided, but were sometimes thought to be noisy.
negative:
Rooms a little small for foreign standards.
While those used to very large rooms in hotels overseas may find the rooms here a little small by these standards, reviews paint them to be comparatively big for Amsterdam, with many finding them to be of a good size.
