The en-suite air-conditioned rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. They all come with balcony and flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi and minibar are free. The Sea Planet Resort and Spa has an immense main pool. There is also one for children, one with water-slides and another one indoor. The spa has a Hamam and offers steam baths and massages. Guests can enjoy free local drinks non-stop in the six bars - one of which is open 24-hours. A wide variety of dishes can be sampled in the buffet restaurant and there is an à la carte restaurant. Any guest able to pull themselves away from the hotel can enjoy more water fun at local waterparks and the impressive Manavgat Falls 8.5 miles away.
You may well be in awe when you first arrive at this huge complex, laid out in front of a massive pool and private beach. Guests' first reactions are often that they can't believe the standard of the hotel and the quality of the facilities and beautiful grounds.
Any fears you may have about repetitive menus in all-inclusive resorts can be put to one side. Guests testify that the buffet menus are of top quality. They are varied and offer a lot of choice of salads, pizzas and vegetarian dishes.

Unless you brush up on your Turkish before coming you may find it difficult to communicate with the staff. Guests find it unbelievable that the vast majority off the employees don't know the slightest English! Some have been known to say a few words in German though!
Many guests are dismayed that the standard of service is well below the standard of the facilities in the hotel. This ranges from badly organised check-ins to poor or even shocking treatment of guests. The complex seems to need to invest more in customer care than just in its facilities.
Younger guests often complain of feeling a bit neglected or bored. Everything seems to be orientated around families and there's not much for them to do. There is a severe lack of entertainment for their age such as discos.
