Negative Reviews
negative:
Issues about the staffs.
The staff members may be accommodating and friendly, but the services they provide are poor and unrefined. Many guests have expressed that this issue is their major disappointment about the hotel. Some staff members may seem inexperienced, and may give you the impression that they are still under training.
negative:
Log fires are not impressive.
Because of the cold climate, the hotel uses log fires in all public rooms to keep the temperature up. However, the heat that the burning log fires are producing is not warm enough. There’s even a great chance an inexperienced staff may fill the whole room with smoke. You can always avoid public rooms with burning logs if you don’t appreciate them.
negative:
Poor dining experience.
Some dishes might come ill prepared. The service is slow, especially when there are many guests. During these situations, patience from your side can go a long mile.
