Expensive parking rates for the area
Although you can find on-site parking at Marriott San Francisco Airport Waterfront Hotel, you might find the additional fee a bit unreasonable. This hotel is not located in downtown San Francisco and should not have parking prices that suggest otherwise. Although many people will be coming straight from the airport, these parking fees should still be reduced.

Paid in-room Wi-Fi
Guests are not pleased with the paid in-room Wi-Fi option. Many guests have commented that most hotels in the country offer free Wi-Fi and a hotel group as big as Marriott should do the same. You can however access the Wi-Fi for free in the lobby and other public areas.
