Despite being quite an old hotel, this establishment is kept impeccably clean and all the communal areas are very neat and tidy. Housekeeping does a great job of keeping your room in good order.

You won't have to pay out too much for the rooms here, somehow this hotel manages to keep its rates nice and low. If you're visiting Alicante on a budget this is the place for you.

You don't get much in the way of room amenities here, so don't expect a hairdryer in the bathroom. The rooms have quite a drab appearance and haven't been redecorated in a decade or two, so some renovation is sorely needed.

The breakfast provided is actually served in the form of a coupon for the cafe next door, where you can get a coffee and a croissant. If this doesn't cut it try one of the many restaurants in the area for a more substantial morning meal.

There are many bars and a few nightclubs in the area surrounding Rialto, so the streets can be busy with revellers late into the night. Noise could travel into your room, so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
