Beautiful riad
Guests are delighted to discover this beautiful riad, decorated in a traditional Moroccan fashion. The décor and furnishings in the rooms and the communal areas all add up to give an authentic and homely feel.
Riad Dalia's 18th century building has been carefully renovated in a traditional Moroccan style. Located in the quiet Dar El Pacha quarter, near the Palais El Glaoui, this charming hotel offers a homely sanctuary for exploring Marrakech. The five en-suite rooms and one suite are all named after famous female Arabic icons. Decorated in a typical, warm fashion aided by the provision of cosy bathrobes, they have reversible air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Riad Dalia boasts a patio and sun-terrace where guests can enjoy views over the medina and the Atlas mountains with a mint-tea. Breakfast or dinner can also be taken on the terrace. Half or full board options are available, and typical Moroccan cuisine can be ordered onsite. The main Jemaa el Fna square is just 500 metres away and the tranquil oasis of the landscaped Marjorelle gardens can be reached in 20 minutes.

The welcoming ambiance created by the amazing decor is boosted by the friendly attitude of the smiling staff. Guests feel secure and at home thanks to the exceptional service of the staff. Some go as far as to say they are made to feel part of the family.
The location is the icing on the cake for many guests. The commotion of the souks and the fabulous Jemaa El Fna are within easy reach, however, the hotel is located in a oasis of tranquility. For many guests this peacefulness and sense of well-being is the perfect antidote to the madness of the medina.
Guests love the traditional feel of the rooms. However, not having a bathroom door is extending the concept too far for some. Just a curtain separating the bedroom and the bathroom is simply not adequate.
Some guests find the levels of insulation, be it sound or heat, to be unsatisfactory. Problems with heating in the winter months can make the rooms feel too cool, whilst a lack of soundproofing means conversations in other rooms and in the communal areas can be disturbing.
Whilst many guests appreciated the Moroccan breakfasts or dinners - especially on the roof terrace - some weren't that enamoured and claimed to have had better. Getting breakfast before 8:30 might also be a challenge.
