Outstanding location in the Eternal City
Guests could not praise the location of this property enough. Set just outside of Vatican City, many were pleased to find that some of the main sights of the Italian capital - including the Spanish Steps, the Sistine Chapel, the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum - were located just a short walk across the Tiber. Those who wanted to go further afield were pleased to find that Ottaviano metro station was located just steps away from their accommodation.

Tranquil and tidy, guests praised the atmosphere of this property. The overall quiet ambience was much appreciated, especially after a long day of sightseeing in Rome.
positive:
Helpful staff, nice kitchen
The staff here were noted to be kind and helpful, offering guest assistance as and when needed. The vast majority of units at this property have kitchenettes, a point that was much appreciated by self-catering guests. The communal kitchen area was also found to be clean and well-equipped.
Negative Reviews

What's in a name?
A high number of guests took umbrage at the inclusion of the word ‘suites' into this property's name. This led many to expect a separate sitting/living space in addition to their sleeping areas. While this property certainly has apartment-style units, a conventional suite layout is something that just doesn't exist here.
negative:
Absolutely tiny bathrooms
The bathrooms here were incredibly small. Many guests really struggled with the shower units in particular, which were found to be uncomfortably tight in terms of space.
negative:
Find and seek reception team
Many were annoyed to find that the reception team at this property is not always based on site. This means that guests with questions or queries outside of hours had no choice but to ring a local number and ask for assistance via an off-site member of staff.
