Positive Reviews
positive:
Great value accommodation
Whilst the low rates may make you feel somewhat apprehensive, guests reckon they get excellent value for their money overall. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, get washed and changed, whilst spending the rest of your day outside, why pay any more? The place is adequate and comfortable enough with good security and strong, reliable Wi-Fi.
positive:
Close to the beach
The location of the hotel is pretty attractive too. You're not in the heart of the rowdy party zones, yet you can walk to the beach in five minutes and get to Bangra Road - where all the night time fun is - in ten. You have lots of places to eat on the street outside the hotel as well as a local market.
positive:
Cool staff
Guests find the staff on reception to be particularly pleasant and approachable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Tiny rooms
Like so often in life you do get what you pay for. In this case small rates translates into small rooms. Whilst you can't really complain, it is nevertheless pretty cramped, without anywhere to even put your bags, and can get quite claustrophobic.
negative:
No frills, really.
You
probably don't expect much in the way of facilities in this type of
establishment. And pretty much nothing is exactly what you get.
Guests complain that there's no balcony, nowhere to have breakfast,
no fridge and there's not even a wardrobe or place to put your
clothes! Living out of a suitcase may be OK for a night or two,
however, if you're there for a week or two it can get a bit tedious.
negative:
Noisy street
You may be away from the buzz of the centre, however, you are still next to a big and noisy road. Guests say the rooms are also poorly insulated, so light sleepers be aware.
