Scrumptious and diverse breakfast menu
At the hotel, guests were spoilt for choice when choosing from the wide variety of dishes on offer. The breakfast buffet is very varied and expertly prepared. The dining tables are all well placed and there was also plenty of seating space available.

The members of staff are very warm and friendly. The fact that majority of the employees are confident in a number of languages was very encouraging for guests as they felt their needs were easier to communicate and quickly met.

Being close to a wide variety shops, its setting is ideal for guests who wish to do a bit of shopping during their stay. With plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, it caters to a wide variety of tastes.

There are few parking spaces available
Guests who preferred using their own cars or renting one were frustrated to find that the onsite parking had few spots. Guests who found the parking spaces full had to seek other options elsewhere.

Wireless internet connection is poor and unstable
Quite a number of guests were not happy with the Wi-Fi reception. Most stated that it kept cutting out and weren’t too pleased to find out that to get a better signal they had to keep moving with their devices.

Lacking of basic necessities in rooms
A numbers of guests were disappointed by the lack of microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. They felt that this should be a basic component in rooms and considering the three-star status of this hotel, they felt let down that this wasn’t the case.
