Although the rooms were generally well-presented guests noticed minor details such as stains on the carpets and signs of wear and tear on some of the pieces of furniture which did not prevent them from fully enjoying their stay.

The soundproofing was described as rather inadequate as guests said they were able to hear noise from the adjoining suites as well as the sounds of footsteps from those above them.
