The Penha Longa Resort is in a picturesque location right on the Sintra Mountains. It is surrounded by the vast expanse of Sintra Cascais Nature Reserve. Redesigned from a 17th century monastery, the hotel still retains some of the ruins in its 27-hole golf course. Guests can enjoy the spectacular surroundings as well as spend time at the beaches of Estoril and Cascals which are a ten minute drive from the resort.
The rooms and suites at the resort all have balconies with splendid views of the mountain or golf course. Beds are luxuriously comfortable.
