Since the property is located near a residential area and quite far from the main road, guests have difficulty visiting different major attractions. The property is also a little far from the public transport systems, famous dining options, or shopping areas which is very inconvenient for the guests.

Guests complained about the poor quality of cleanliness within the bathroom area. There were visible moulds and dirt on the flooring and bathtub area. The whole facility was also rusty and quite old in appearance so most guests were unimpressed.
