Positive Reviews
positive:
Exciting amenities close by
The beach and lake are both just a short walk from the holiday park, and the beautiful lake is just as close. Visitors also found the bus stop at the back gate of the property that will get you to Manly, and a service on Pittwater Road that will also take you to many of the nearby attractions.
positive:
Kids don't want to leave
Kids can't get enough of the on-site water park, but when they do there's the kids club for plenty of fun, creative activities. When it's that time where everyone gets hungry, the on-site pizza shop was a great hit.
positive:
Wi-Fi worked well here
You can pick up free Wi-Fi from just about anywhere in the park. Kids loved the option of being online whenever they wanted to be, and adults enjoyed the reliability of the connection, and felt confident of working uninterrupted.
Negative Reviews
negative:
A little crowded indoors
Travellers found the indoor spaces were way too small to relax, stretch out or read a book during the day, and felt compelled to spend most of their time outdoors. In addition there's no bench or space to hang clothing, so make the most of the local attractions nearby.
negative:
Some cabins need remoddling
Although there is evidence that renovation is on-going, guests who got accommodated in the cabins found them to be in need of some TLC. Reports of mould on the shower curtains, non-working appliances like the kettle and toaster, and blocked drains were some of the complaints taken on by the manager.
negative:
Overwhelming bleach smell
You may feel a little knocked out when you enter your allocated accommodation. Many guests reported burning eyes and throats due to the strong smell of a bleach-like cleaning substance. Make sure you air your room well before retiring at night.
