negative:
Room service is expensive
A few guests have complained about the room service being way overpriced and the food that it's way high than other similar hotels. Those affected felt that they didn't get good value of their money during their stay. .
negative:
Poor sound insulation in the hotel's rooms
A number of visitors complained about the walls which appeared to be too thin. Noise from television sets and loud conversations carried effortlessly from room to room and those who were light sleepers could not have a quiet night's sleep.
negative:
There is a weak Wi-Fi connection in the rooms
The wireless internet connection is quite weak in a few of the rooms. Some guests could barely connect to the network while others browsed at such slow speeds that it was hardly usable unless you were a very light user.
