Hotel Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi (Tokyo, Japan)

Most guests enjoyed having the free breakfast in the morning. It was nice to have hot beverages such as tea and protein items such as sausages in the morning. The meal was also tasty.

Most guests were happy to have clean rooms and areas during their stay. They were happy to have rooms kept clean on a daily basis. They also enjoyed the fact that their facilities worked well during their stay.

The location was found to be ideal by most guests who liked being a couple of minutes' walk from the subway stations. There were also various restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. You are able to explore the city and sights with ease.

Some guests were wondering why the Wi-Fi didn't work well during their stay. Most guests were here on business and did not find it nice to have a slow and unreliable connection. If they needed to find tourist spots it was too slow.

There was no control over the temperature in the rooms as it was centrally regulated. They would have liked to be able to switch it on and off to their liking but instead had to open windows or cover themselves from the temperatures.

Some guests did not enjoy having to have so little space in their rooms and for the beds to take up so much of the room. They felt there could be a better arrangement of beds. There was not enough room in between the common areas of the room.
