The hotel has been rated high because of its location and comfort, but some of the guests have had problems related to cleanliness and air-conditioning. In certain instances the air-conditioning was inefficient which led to discomfort.

NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is in need of refurbishment. As mentioned by previous guests, the wall paint has started to come off. Moreover the décor and styling needs to be looked at, as the overall hotel has started to look very old and outdated.

The on-site restaurant offers a fine breakfast with ample options to treat the taste buds of visitors, but in some instances guests had to experience a delay to be seated and getting their food as it was way too crowded.
