So close to the beach
If you've come on vacation to make the most of the sun, the golden beaches, and the warm ocean, then you will be pleased to know it's a short stroll to the beautiful Miami beaches. Most guests spend an entire day enjoying the ocean, and return to cool off with a dip in the fresh water pool.
positive:
Poolside bar, wonderful vibe
Most families with children loved spending time down at the bright, cheerful on-site pool area. While the kids can have plenty of hours of fun in the water, the adults enjoyed the vibe at the poolside bar, where you can get a drink without even getting out of the pool.
positive:
Great ocean views
If you are planning to do a fair amount of relaxing, then the balcony is the place to do just that. Guests found themselves making their way back to the rooms back in time to enjoy the sun setting with their favourite drink.

Renovations may be needed soon
Travellers did notice areas of the building that could do with some attention. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way according to guests. The lobby is awesome, but once you get past it there are clear signs of some TLC needed.
negative:
Smelly hallways
Travellers reported a damp smell throughout the hallways, and felt there were some issues that should have been dealt with. The musty smell was off-putting as you will have to put up with it until you get into your room.
negative:
Inefficient check-in
The lengthy check-in process put a bit of a damper to the start of the vacation according to several guests. You will be sent back and forth from the valet to luggage area to get a waiver. Once you have finished, only then can you get your vehicle parked, and head for your room.
