By far the majority of guests staying in the last few months felt the rooms were kept exceptionally clean. They reckoned that housekeeping standards were high and being properly maintained.

A number of guests were happy to report that there were great dining and shopping options very nearby. They certainly didn’t feel that they had to go to downtown Janesville, or even a distant mall, to meet these needs.

Those guests bringing up the question of value for money clearly felt they received good value, at the very least. They considered the room rates to be low, the location great and the facilities acceptable, so reaching their conclusion.

Guests in the standard rooms were clearly not happy with their size. Guests felt there was enough room for the bed, a couple of other pieces of furniture and not much else, especially not themselves. Those staying as couples were especially unhappy, saying there was not enough space for two people and their luggage.

This was a very common compliant. Guests reported that the hotel had clearly not been updated for a very long time. They reckoned that it urgently needed one now if they were to stay competitive.

It was near impossible to find a kind word written about the breakfast. There were many complaints, but most of them dealt with the limited menu, with many guests especially unhappy that there were no protein rich foods available at all. Only carbohydrate based foods were available.
