Guests were pleased with the immaculate condition of the rooms. They are fresh, exquisitely decorated and large enough to comfortably house a family. With its tasteful furniture and beds, everything blended in well with the overall theme of the hotel. The showers are wonderful and toiletries are provided.

The daily continental breakfast was one to look forward to. Many guests seemed to enjoy the breakfast that was well prepared and delicious. There is a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. Snacks and beverages were a plus and enough to cater all guests.

As soon as you enter the building, you are greeted with a warm courteous welcome by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble to them. They are always ready and willing to help guests with any complaints they might have. Guests were very happy with how their issues were addressed by the ever devoted hotel’s staff.

Soundproofing needs to be improved
Guests found the hotel to be very noisy due the paper thin walls. Those who had rooms near the elevator were constantly disturbed by their loud chats in the hallways. Being a pet-friendly hotel, a lot of dog barking was also an annoyance to those who wanted to have a quite time during their stay.

Guests felt that the elevator was quite slow. Sometimes they got edgy and impatient as they had to wait for the lift for too long. This can be a hassle if many guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

The hotel’s Wi-Fi service was seen as being spotty by a number of guests. They felt that the Wi-Fi signal did not reach all of the rooms and even in public areas.
