positive:
Breathtaking views of the lovely Citta Alta.
All rooms in the hotel have full-width balconies overlooking the majestic Citta Alta. You will never miss a piece of inspiration as the balconies also allow you to see the view of Bergamo streets.
positive:
Excellent reception and customer service.
The staff members at the front desk receive wide acclaim from the guests as they always readily provide relevant and helpful information. They speak fluently in English, and they always communicate in a very welcoming and pleasant manner.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive and limited parking space.
The hotel has very limited parking space. Thus, you will have to park your vehicle at the nearby public car park for a slightly expensive rate. There are no discounts for the guests of the hotel. Remember that renting a car or bringing your vehicle is not a requirement because public transportation is easily accessible.
negative:
Rooms are too colourful.
Most of the furnishings in the room have bright purple and silver colours. Other rooms have ceilings and walls that are painted in blue. You might observe that the hotel’s decoration scheme clashes with the historic city of Bergamo. Always ask for a room that pleases your eyes.
negative:
Air conditioning system makes it difficult to sleep.
Either faulty or not working at all, some air conditioning in the rooms will not give you a proper sleep. Some has grids pointing directly at the bed, which meant you could wake up with chapped lips or worse, a cold. Upon checking in, give the front desk clear instructions about the room you prefer.
