Positive Reviews
positive:
The entertainment team are sociable.
The staff are praised for being really friendly and really helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they always make guests feel welcome. The entertainment team put on brilliant shows and will then mingle with guests afterwards. Some members of the bar staff have been mentioned in reviews by name and described as one of the highlights of the hotel for making some lovely cocktails.
positive:
Spotlessly clean.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the whole complex is excellent with high standards maintained by the housekeeping staff. The pool area is thoroughly cleaned every morning.
positive:
Great for families.
Many families stay here and were very pleased with the facilities offered to them. There is a free supervised kids club to keep the children busy and the entertainment team do aim a lot of their shows at children. There are also different swimming pools which are suitable for children depending on their ability in the water.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not aimed at English speakers.
Many of the other guests in the hotel are primarily from Germany with the food and the entertainment aimed mainly at them. The television channels in rooms are also all in German and some previous guests felt quite unwelcome and out of place, but many didn’t have any issues with this at all and enjoyed themselves regardless.
negative:
Lack of sun loungers.
There is a lack of sun loungers around the pool. Other guests get up very early to reserve them with towels and this is quite unfair. However, some members of staff have been seen removing towels from reserved beds.
negative:
Long airport transfers.
The resort is around one hour from the airport, but some transfers actually took around two and a half hours due to the number of drop offs at other hotels.
