Guests said the location was fantastic, with ocean views and sunrises at the beach just across the road. Plenty of attractions, shopping and restaurants can be found downtown, which was said to be close with the free shuttle, but far enough to escape the crowds.
The staff at Sheraton Suites Key West was said to be friendly, although there were a few incidents of poor service reported, while people enjoyed a decent variety of dining at the Coral Crab Cafe and found the food tasty.
