positive:
Coastal surf and turf.
Whether you’re in town to enjoy the sea and the sun or visiting to soak up the rich Spanish culture, the hotel is a marvelous spot to embark on either activity. Across from the beach, sun and watersport enthusiasts will appreciate sandy beaches. And museum and monument fans are close to dozens of museums and churches.
positive:
A peaceful spot to enjoy the Spanish seaside.
While many areas near the beachfront tend to be raucous and filled with beachgoers, the Hotel Málaga Picasso is a respite from that world—relatively speaking. With a peaceful garden and a close, fairly sedate beach within walking distance, you’ll be able to avoid the harbour bustle and soak in the briny air.
positive:
This is no sprawling beachfront resort.
If you’re looking for a large resort with several pools, watersports and an entertainment staff, you’ve come to the wrong place. Located across from prime Mediterranean beaches, the resort is a little charmer with only 13 rooms. Yet it still offers car hires, internet access, garden space and a pool for all your relaxation needs.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some confusion when finding the hotel.
For the most part, the hotel is a pleasant, peaceful respite from the workaday world. One of the few concerns that former guests have noted is the challenge of locating the hotel. If you’re directionally challenged, you may wish to program the coordinates into your GPS or ask the staff for directions.
negative:
A handful of minor concerns.
With a quiet beachfront location and an attentive staff, it’s hard to find any major issues with the hotel. Still, several guests have reported a few lesser detractions from the hotel, including a limited variety during breakfast, uncomfortable beds, lack of English television programming and somewhat cramped rooms.
negative:
A little too quiet.
If you’re the type of traveller who seeks out serene accommodations in a laid back area, the Hotel Málaga Picasso is the place for you. On the other hand, if you want a hip party spot with a vibrant night life, the hotel might be way too mellow for you.
