Positive Reviews
positive:
Awesome downtown location
Guests really liked the location of these apartments. It's safe to say that it was the main reason for booking here. While guests did mention that they simply liked to be downtown, just because of the atmosphere and general amenities, the Rogers Arena was often singled out as being conveniently close by, so guests didn't have a long trip to and from the game or concert.
positive:
Fantastic roof terrace
Guests really liked the complex's roof terrace, which they described as stylish and offering a fantastic view out over the city.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Some cleanliness issues
A fair number of guests were not at all happy with the cleanliness of their apartment when they checked in. The general feeling among these guests was that the cleaning had been slapdash and did not meet reasonable cleanliness standards for a “luxury” apartment rental.
negative:
Absentee owners/management
Many guests pointed out that this was not a hotel or apart-hotel, but more like an Air BnB style rental. They explained that not only are there no permanent staff from the management company onsite, but guests are given strict instructions not to “bother” the permanent staff who are at the complex, like the concierge. Guests felt very much left to their own devices, with little support from the management company.
negative:
Not a real two bedroom
Guests in the units described as having two bedrooms insisted that they were not true two bedroom apartments, but one bedroom's with a small alcove inexpertly sectioned off for the other “bedroom”.
