The Flydalsjuvet viewpoint is just a 5 minutes walk away, and a 20 minute walk uphill will bring you up to a 360 degree view of the whole of the Geiranger fjord valley. Geiranger lies close to the largest glacier in inland Europe and we can provide guided 1/2 day excursions to many of the wilderness viewpoints. February -April : dawn is at 08:00-07:00 and dusk at 16:30 -17:30 May : dawn is at 07:00 ,dusk at 19:30 June : dawn is at 04:30 and dusk at 23:00 September :dawn is at 07:30 and dusk at 19:00 We provide good hiking maps, small rucksacks, thermos, lunch packs, all-weather jackets, snow shoes, ski poles, sledges, snow pants etc on request.
