It's near a lot of the city's popular sites and hotspots, and close to public transit, so you can easily explore the neighbourhood by the means you prefer. The setting definitely lends itself to the perfect getaway ambiance.

The staff are always gracious, polite, and friendly, and always pleasant to deal with. They'll do whatever they can to honour your requests, and are great sources of insider knowledge about sightseeing. They're some of the best representatives of customer service found at hotel establishments.

There's a high standard of housekeeping and maintenance here, that's evident upon check-in and remains so throughout your stay. The rooms have the right balance of comfy furniture and simple, Nature inspired design elements that create a peaceful and cosy mood.

It's a minor grievance that the hotel's breakfast is served a couple of minutes away offsite. Many guests would prefer the additional benefit of having it right there in the lobby or dining area, and not having to actually leave the building.

Not everyone is comfortable with the way that toilets and showers are set up, or aware of it. Even though privacy is absolutely secured, the facilities are constructed outside of the room.

The lack of carpeting and the thin walls mean that sounds filter through between rooms. Keep this in mind especially if a lot of rooms are reserved at the same time as you, and have ear plugs handy.
